Jett Steiger is an award-winning American producer and co-founder of Los Angeles-based creative studio Ways & Means, working across feature films, commercials, music videos, and branded content.
His feature film credits include In a World…, Super Dark Times, The Nowhere Inn, and The African Desperate, with work presented at major international festivals including Sundance, Cannes, SXSW, Tribeca, the Toronto International Film Festival, and Rotterdam. His latest feature, Atropia, written and directed by Hailey Gates, won the U.S. Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
Beyond narrative filmmaking, Jett has produced commercial campaigns for global brands including Apple, Sonos, Meta, Nike, and Spotify, as well as music videos for artists such as Pharrell Williams, St. Vincent, Grimes, Arctic Monkeys, and Brockhampton. In 2015, he received the Grammy Award for Best Music Video for Pharrell Williams’ Happy.
Through Ways & Means, which he co-founded with Lana Kim in 2012, Jett continues to collaborate with filmmakers, artists, and creative partners across entertainment, music, culture, and advertising, bringing an independent filmmaking sensibility to projects across platforms.
