IQ members are leaders who demonstrate exceptional creativity, professionalism, and integrity — who are committed to advancing the craft of filmmaking on a global stage.
Membership in IQ means joining a trusted network where ideas, opportunities, and partnerships take root — and where every connection has the potential to grow into something extraordinary. A unique combination of decades-long members with deep industry knowledge, combined with cutting edge new owners, IQ is a unique entity that can only be experienced to fully understand. We learn from one another through our virtual gatherings, quarterly newsletters, and, most importantly, at our annual IQ conference. Although the intent of our organization is not to promote co-productions, many members often end up working together or reaching out to one another in the spirit of trusted collaborations.
To ensure a spirit of trust and freedom to discuss the most challenging aspects of running our businesses among colleagues, membership in IQ is limited in scale, and applicants are reviewed by a member-led committee. As filmmakers from diverse world regions, our commitment to each other relies on respecting each other’s humanity, individuality and cultures. Applicants are invited to present examples of their work that reflect these standards and embody the spirit of trusted filmmakers connecting.
If you’re ready to connect with a global network of peers, expand your perspective, and contribute to a community that shapes the future of our industry, we’d love to hear your story.
