Biography

Miodrag Sila is a Croatian producer and co-founder of Drugi Plan, the Zagreb-based independent production company he established with Nebojša Taraba in 2004.

Over more than two decades, Miodrag has helped lead Drugi Plan’s evolution from producing original entertainment and factual formats for Croatia’s major national broadcasters into high-end scripted drama, documentary production, and international production services.

His producing credits include acclaimed Croatian and international series such as The Paper, acquired by Netflix for international streaming; HBO Europe’s Success; the Croatian-Ukrainian crime drama The Silence; and Hotel Portofino, for which Drugi Plan provided production services across multiple seasons. He also served as a Drugi Plan producer on the BritBox crime drama A Taste for Murder.

Through Drugi Plan, Miodrag has played a key role in expanding the international reach of Croatian television production, collaborating with broadcasters, platforms, distributors, and production partners across Europe and beyond.
